• Built backend services and cloud infrastructure for “Instant Unlock,” a B2B solution that enables consumers to temporarily unlock frozen credit profiles directly within client platforms using KBA/OTP based authentication workflows. Developed APIs using Spring Boot, background processing using Spring Batch.
• Built an internal AI-powered chat application for engineering teams using RAG and MCP, with integrations into enterprise tooling to support knowledge retrieval, automated workflows, and efficient troubleshooting.
• Led the zero-downtime DB migration of backend application handling 150k+ monthly transactions from a single-region deployment to a global database architecture, ensuring high availability and seamless cutover.
• Built and managed cloud infrastructure using Terraform and implemented disaster recovery infrastructure for multiple existing microservices through cross-region resource replication to us-west-2.

• Developed and maintained 20+ RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, production releases, and major JDK version upgrades while addressing security vulnerabilities and improving application stability.
• Built CI/CD pipelines for multiple AWS ECS microservices using Jenkins, integrating SonarQube, Veracode, Checkmarx, and Wiz for automated quality, security, and vulnerability validation.
• Created observability dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace to monitor application health, logs, performance metrics, and production incidents in real time.

Developed React (JavaScript) web application for KMIT, NGIT, and KMEC institutions, including modules for attendance, exam results, live classroom video streaming.
